Well that doesn't really give much information for anyone to help you. For instance what OS are you on? Does it work with any other software? etc.

That's an usb soundcard which is standard compliant for 2 inputs and 2 outputs.
So baciscly it should work.

Are you able to run jack with it?

It should work out of the box @ 16bit under linux, if it doesn't something is wrong with it or you are not doing something right.

If it does work but you want to use it for tracking/mixing/mastering and pushing it to 24 bit you can check out my blog:

ONLY IF YOU ARE IN LINUX, IN MAC YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO PUSH IT NORMALLY WITH DRIVERS TO 24bit.
