Empty favourites list

It's just a small thing, but when you go to the favourites list for plugins, and the list is empty, you get a display that looks more like a graphics glitch that an empty list. I think it would be good if this list just had a greyed-out option saying or some such until the first plugin is added.

Done, and please excuse the foolish use of angle brackets leading to the missing word in that original post. Should know better...
Make sure you file a Mantis issue for this, it sounds reasonable.
