does anyone know of a bitscope plugin (LADSPA or LV2)?
or are there plans to incorporate something like this into Ardour?

hallo,
there is application called just 'bitscope' but i do not find out, where i have got it from. google might help you.
once you have it running, you could connect it to ardour in many different ways.
