editing automation point questions

hello everybody,

I've worked these last weeks in Ardour projects where I had
a lot of automation editing, working with the mouse can be
a little difficult ;-) so:
is it possible to edit automation points with the keyboard?
is it possible to edit one point with a constraint ( playhead ie)?
